So let’s get started with the ingredients.

You will need:

  • 2 bananas (ripe)

  • Dash of Cinnamon (optional)

Prep Time: 5 mins

Cook Time: 15 mins

Total Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 6 – 8 pancakes

First you will grind the instant oats in a blender or purchase oat flour here.  I used the Baby Bullet to grind the oats, you can find it here – Baby Bullet Blender Set.

Mash ripe bananas

Combine all of the ingredients and mix until smooth. The batter may be a little lumpy depending on how much you mashed the bananas.

Tip: Make batches ahead of time, place in freezer bags, or use these cool Stasher bags, found here – Stasher Bags. Then you can freeze them and save for later. For a quick breakfast, pop a few in the toaster before you head off to work. Cool right?
